I cannot install invivodental in a pc where is installed Windows 8.
The error message is :

Product: InVivoDental - 1723. Error Problem with the Windows package
Installer. A DLL required to complete this installation can not be used.
Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Action CheckLicenseCode, element: CheckLicenseCode,
Library: C: \ Users \ DEFAULT 1.use ~ \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ MSI3E70.tmp

Can anybody help me ?

Your computer may be missing the DLL Packages required for the download. Please follow the instructions below:

- Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Packages (x86) and (x64)

(x86): [/color]
(x64): [/color]

If your OS is 32-bit, then you only need the (x86) package.

If your OS is 64-bit, then you need both packages.

If the computer indicates that it already has the packages or if an error message continues to appear after installing the DLL packages, an antivirus (mainly Avast or Webroot) may be blocking the installer. Please temporarily disable the antivirus and run the installer one more time.
